2015 Los Haroldos Reserve Malbec (Bottle - 1/75cl)

This 100% Malbec is a wine with altitude! The 70 year old vineyards in La Consulta, San Carlos, Uco Valley, Mendoza are 1200 m above sea level.
The wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barriques and the result is a very well-structured wine with firm tannins and refreshing acidity, toasty cedar notes mingle well with bramble fruit and dark cherries. A long and complex finish.
93 points (Tim Atkin MW 2018 report)
91 points James Suckling.
