With a definite nutty, yeasty flavour Tio Pepe from En Rama is the perfect wine to have as an aperitif alongside olives, oily fish and nuts such as almonds. The flavour is complex with notes of citrus, lemon and orange alongside the nuttiness. This is the 10th release of this wine and master blender Antonio Flores states that it is 'the definition of perfect harmony'.
Made using Palomino grapes, this is a sherry packed with flavour but with a long and delicate finish on the palate. Produced by Valdespino with a history of sherry production going back six Centuries, their vines span a huge area of 750 hectares which is rare in this region!
