Madeira
Fortified dessert wines from the Island of Madeira (Portugal). The range starts from off-dry (Sercial, Verdelho) to sweet (Boal, Malvasia). It is the only wine in the world to be heated and have natural oxidation. These wines have flavours of mixed nuts, caramel, coffee, moka and sweet spices. They are well known to age for over 100 years.

This is a great all-rounder, its medium dry so can be matched to a range of occasions. Theres a lively fruitiness on the nose, with nuts and dried fruit coming through on the palate, all topped off with a delicious finish.
Madeira Bual 15 Year Old Henriques & Henriques - (Half Btl - 1/50cl)
Taking the second sweetest grape variety used in Madeira (Bual), and ageing for 15 years creates a luscious and intense wine, full of complex aromas and flavours of dried fruits. This is a full bodied Madeira, with an excellent balance of acidity and sweetness, topped off with a deliciously lengthy finish.
