Cava can sometimes get a bit of a bad wrap with some people having the misconception that its a 'cheap' drink with little to offer. However this is not the case, and its popularity is increasing as wine drinkers begin to see it as a good alternative to more expensive Champagnes. This is a fresh Cava, full of zesty fruit flavours with a touch of honey and floral notes on the palate.
Rosé cava characterised by a pale strawberry colour, rich fruity aromas and an abundant mousse. Fruity aromas of the Garnacha grape on the nose. Fresh and silky, pleasantly sweet on the palate with a good, well-balanced body. These characteristics make it an ideal wine to accompany sweet aperitifs and desserts. 70% trepat 30% garnacha
This is a delightful sparkler from the epicentre of Cava production. Crisp and refreshing with a a palate of soft fruits (peaches & melon) and floral notes with a biscuity background.
Great as an aperitif, with seafood or just enjoy by itself!
