Cava can sometimes get a bit of a bad wrap with some people having the misconception that its a 'cheap' drink with little to offer. However this is not the case, and its popularity is increasing as wine drinkers begin to see it as a good alternative to more expensive Champagnes. This is a fresh Cava, full of zesty fruit flavours with a touch of honey and floral notes on the palate.
Aged for 2 years before bottling this light and fruity Cava is perfect for a warm summers day. Notes of apple and pear with balanced acidity and fine bubbles on the palate.
