Italy is to some degree shrouded in mystery, with many relatively unknown indigenous grape varieties producing wines which often remain under the radar. There are of course many recognizable and great wines, such as Barolo, Amarone, Chianti and Brunello. We are pleased to bring you a diverse and growing range and an increasing number direct from the domaines.
Established in 2003, Adria Vini uses local grape varieties from the Monferrato hills of Piemont to produce authentic great tasting wines at very reasonable prices.

Made using grapes grown in the Pavia region of Italy, harvested in early September this Rose is fresh and fruity. The perfect drink for a summers day aperitif, and equally so when paired with salads or cold meats.
Produced from Barbera grapes grown in vineyards in the South of the province of Asti in Piemonte (North West of Italy). Grapes are hand harvested then the grapes are arrived in the winery into stainless steel tanks for the fermentation process.
The wine is then matured for 4-6 months in stainless steel tanks
Gavi del Comune di Gavi is created entirely from Cortese grapes harvested from within the commune of Gavi and forms a crisp and refreshing white wine with broard structure. Aromas of ripe apples and apricots are noticeable, with a touch of lemon.
From the Pavia region of northwest Italy, the grapes are hand harvested - Pinot Grigio's pink tinge is further enhanced by the addition of a small proportion of Pinot Noir grapes from the same vineyards.
The pale coral pink wine yields strawberry and bramble aromas leading onto a delicate, yet juicy palate with red berry characters. Slight creaminess leads to a crisp dry finish.
Serve chilled as an aperitif or to accompany salads, cold meats such as salami or smoked chicken or seafood dishes.
Produced from 85% Garganega and 15% Trebbiano di Soave. This wine makes an ideal partner for light fish and vegetable dishes, or as an aperitif served with simple canapes.
