There are of course many recognizable and great wines, such as Barolo, Amarone, Chianti and Brunello. 2016 Chianti DOCG Tenuta Brunelli Martoccia (Bottle - 1/75cl)

Deep ruby red in colour, with hints of purple, this is a delicious Chianti from Brunelli. Ideal for pairing with a range of dishes such as spaghetti bolognese, or along side a nice, strong cheese. This is medium-bodied and silky on the palate, packed with dark fruits and a little tannin on the finish.

2016 Garganega Trebbiano di Veneto Villa Cardini (Bottle - 1/75cl)

A bright and fruity white wine with light aromas of lemon zest and pineapple. Best enjoyed young and slightly chilled on warm days.


2016 Gavi Di Gavi Rovereto Michele Chiarlo Piemonte (Bottle - 1/75cl)

Spanning approximately 60 hectares, the vines at Rovereto are an average of 25 years old. The harvest is done by hand and the wine is aged for around 5 months in steel tanks, and further refined once it hits the bottle. This is an intense yet delicate wine with fresh fruit flavours such as green apple on the palate, the finish is long with a definite elegance.

2016 Greco di Tufo Vesevo Campania (Bottle - 1/75cl)

The colour of this wine is lovely, with an inviting lemony glow. Flavours of apricot and honey are dominant with a zing of lemon and ripe pears on the palate. There is a definite fresh, crispness here with a lengthy finish. This is a great summer wine that will match beautifully with a light chicken salad. 


2016 Langhe Pinot Nero Azienda Musso Piemonte (Bottle - 1/75cl)

Located in Barbaresco, Azienda Agricola Musso was founded in 1929 when Italy was gripped by the 'great depression' which had a huge impact on many large businesses. It was 23 year old Sebastiano Musso who had the bravery and entrepreneurial spirit to go ahead and open the winery after losing his father. This is a fruity, floral wine with dark fruits and an incredibly smooth palate. Match this with a hearty Italian pasta dish.


2016 Pinot Grigio Franz Haas Alto Adige (Bottle - 1/75cl)

The Pinot Grigio grapes that make up this wine are grown on guyot systems. Located in the municipality of Montagna, the vines are from half way up to high hills between 350 - 750 metres.
