Nowadays, England vineyard offers a great quality still wines. These wines are interesting taste with a great freshness. Bacchus will lead the white wine production and Pinot Noir for the rose.
Created in 2007, Sixteen Ridges vineyard is located in the historic town of Ledbury near Hereford. The producers strive to challenge the 'norms' of wine making and want to create and encourage their customers to try new things....
Comprised of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, this wine has all the hallmarks of a fine sparkling wine. The subtle fruit on the nose, red berries from the Pinot and citrus from the Chardonnay, is harnessed up by a long, textured palate that remains and satisfies.
