Coming from a single block of fruit in Chile’s Casablanca Valley, the Pinot Noir grapes benefit from
a long ripening season and optimum diurnal temperature variation. Due to its proximity to the cooling influences of the Pacific Ocean it is ideal for the production of exquisite Pinot Noir.
Low fermentation temperatures are used to avoid hard extraction. There grapes are fragile so there is lots of gentle pumping over help to avoid bad tannis. The wine is aged for 3 months in French oak.

Made from 100% Malbec grapes from La Consulta, San Carlos, Uco Valley vineyards (Mendoza) at 1 100 metres above the sea level.
After a minucius selection in the vineyard, the grapes are fermented in a stainless less tank then they will age in American oak barriques for 6 months.
A classic intense ripe red fruits, plum, smoke and dark chocolate aromas. The palate is full bodied with some smooth tannins and gentle acidity that all carry the brambly fruit, sweet smoke and hint of meatiness. Alcohol is well balanced (13.5%) with a great long finish.

The final blend is aged on lees for an extended period in French oak barrels along with around 15% from the previous vintage. This ensures a more complex wine with greater palate weight and mouthfeel.

A bright and juicy Merlot with an attractively soft, creamy, chocolatey nose and a palate of dusky spice. Lush, ripe and deep in hue, this is a plump and sensuous Merlot with flavours of hedgerow fruits and a fine, gently leafy finish. A touch of elegance is achieved by using a modest amount (10%) of oak.

Deep ruby to deep purple colour. Pure strawberry and blueberry fruit abound on the enticing nose. The palate is complex and layered with all spices, cherry, tobacco and plum fruits. Finely structured tannins provide texture whilst a clean acidity maintains freshness. The finish is long and displays ripe blueberry, sweet smoke and dark fruits.
The wine is aged for 6 months in American oak barriques.
