This honeyed buttery white from sunny Californias Central valley, made from 75% Colombard and 25% Chardonnay has a lovely pear and pineapple infused nose, wityh plenty of ripe sweetness on the finish. It works well on its own or with some cheeses, cold buffets and some desserts.
From old vine vineyards in the Lodi region of central California. Zinfandel grapes, lightly crushed to create this blush wine.

Harvested from the largest Caberet Franc vineyard in the world, in Lodi Californa, the grapes used are 35 years old. The use of wood or oak has been removed here in order to let the flavours of the Cabernet Franc dominate. This is a smooth easy drinking wine that will match particularly well with vegetarian dishes, but can of course also be matched with lighter meats such as chicken.
