The dominant flavour of this rich and smooth Merlot is black cherry, with nuances of milk chocolate, integrated spicy oak and rocket. Great balance of fruit, body, tannin and acidity. The depth and richness of flavour provide a smooth profile that delivers from the initial sip and continues on the palate for a long beautiful finish.

This honeyed buttery white from sunny Californias Central valley, made from 75% Colombard and 25% Chardonnay has a lovely pear and pineapple infused nose, wityh plenty of ripe sweetness on the finish. It works well on its own or with some cheeses, cold buffets and some desserts.
