Languedoc - Roussillon
Dynamic wine region due by the fact of winemaker have been improved the wine quality in the last 20 years. It has shaken off the image of light mass produced wines of the 1970’s. It is the largest wine region in France as regards the area under vine. It also has a great diversity or grapes, soils and style of wine (Sparkling, still and sweet wine).
A zesty and aromatic wine from the AC Picpoul de Pinet in the Languedoc region of South West France.

This is a lovely deep red colour, bursting with dark fruits and hints of cedar on the nose. Medium bodied with a good balance of acidity and tannins on the palate. Pair this with a joint of lamb on a Sunday afternoon.
Beautiful pale pink organic rosé from Languedoc-Roussillon.On the nose, mineral notes of redcurrants. Palate: very fresh on attack. Intense notes of citrus (tangerine) tangy sweetcurrant and hint of blackcurrant. Good length with floral notes of white rose.
Another individual Languedoc blend from Les Vignerons. We were surprised how well this combination of grapes works. Red fruits of the Grenache dominate the nose, but it is the silky gamey Pinot which comes through on the palate, great value here.
