2011 Smogen Triple 5 Year Old 54% (Half Btl - 1/50cl)

This Smögen bottling is the result of Par Caldenbys experiment with triple distillation back in 2011. It was aged in just two Sauternes Barriques until it was bottled in January 2017, producing Just 882 bottles.

2011 Smogen 6 Year Old - 6/6 59.2% (Half Btl - 1/50cl)

Smögen is the excellent Swedish craft distillery (craft in the true sense of the word) run by distiller Pär Caldenby, and it puts out some fabulously big and tasty whiskies. This one is another corker - named 6/6 after the National Day of Sweden. Aged in first fill barriques, bottled at 59.1% ABV and heavily peated with just 840 bottles  released.
