An interesting single malt from Swedish distillery Mackmyra, in their Moment range, and this edition was created in collaboration with the musician Tomas Ledin. The whisky has been matured in first-fill ex-bourbon and sauternes wine casks, before being bottled at 48% ABV.

This Swedish single malt went into first-fill bourbon barrels for 4.1 years before being finished in new Swedish oak barrels for a further 7 months.

Box Distillery’s second international release was Early Days batch 002. It’s a vatting of two-thirds peated and unpeated whisky matured in 130-litre ex-bourbon casks. It’s made from 100% Pilsner malt, which once dominated the beer and whisky industries in the old days. The peated malt used Scottish peat.
Another well-crafted spirit from the folk at Sweden's Box Distillery. It's the last release of their 2nd Step Collection. the whisky was matured using a combination of first-fill bourbon barrels and, more unusually, Hungarian oak.
