A brand of Canadian Whisky that dates back to the Hiram Walker distillery that was established in Detroit, USA in 1858 but moved to Ontario, Canada just across the river to avoid the prohibition movement. Made from a high Rye content along with barley and corn and aged for about 6 years in American oak. A smooth and easy sipping Whisky with subtle spice.
