Released for the 2019 Campbeltown malt Whisky festival, Glen Scotia have taken a peated 2003 distillation and aged it for 15 years in a combination of traditional casks and finished in Guyanan Rum puncheons. A limited release bottled at natural cask strength of 51.3% ABV.
Single cask Glen Scotia distilled in 1991 and aged in a first fill bourbon barrel for 26 years before being bottled by independent bottler Gordon & MacPhail. The whisky was released as part of their ever-popular Connoisseurs Choice range and presented at 55.5% ABV.
