Released for the 2019 Campbeltown malt Whisky festival, Glen Scotia have taken a peated 2003 distillation and aged it for 15 years in a combination of traditional casks and finished in Guyanan Rum puncheons. A limited release of 9,500 bottles at natural cask strength of 51.3% ABV.

The first core release by the Mitchell’s Glengyle distillery is this 12-year-old whisky as part of the Kilkerran range. A lightly peated, double distilled single malt matured in 70% Ex-Bourbon and 30% Ex-Sherry casks. Widely thought of as being one of the great value for money peated single malts on the market.
