A single cask release from the English Whisky company as part of the founders private cellar range. Cask 0116 was triple distilled (double distillation is the normal practice here) on 12th September 2007 and spent 5 years ageing in an ex Jim Beam Bourbon barrel. Bottled on 19th September 2012 at natural cask strength of 60.8% with only 95 bottles available.

Indie bottlers from Kent, That Boutique-y Whisky company, have taken a liking towards the Norfolk-based English Whisky Company, so much so they've gone and bottled a second batch of their superb single malt. This time, they've released an 8-year-old presented at 52.3% ABV. 845 bottles were produced in the batch.
