Bernheim Straight Wheat Whisky 45% (Bottle - 1/70cl)

A gold award winning American wheat whiskey from the Bernheim distillery. Bottled at a minimum of 5 years old it boasts a chewy fruit character, with notes of fruitcake and toasted spice. It was also the first wheat whiskey to be released in United States.

Sonoma County 2nd Chance Wheat 47.1% (Bottle - 1/70cl)

Sonoma County Distilling Company produce the 2nd Chance Wheat by re-using the casks that matured their rye whiskey. The whiskey is distilled twice and uses a mash containing unmalted and malted wheat and a little Rye in the mix too.This is a little sweeter than their other two bottlings.
