White dog is essentially unaged American whiskey, often also named moonshine. Across the pond over In Scotland they use the term 'new make' and 'malt spirit'. A quality unaged whiskey will usually determine whether the final product once aged is up to the mark.

Buffalo Traces White Dog, a syrupy and super smooth palatable texture which drinks very fine on its own. Deliciously sweet with plenty of spiced notes. A great job from The Buffalo Trace distillery.
Georgia Moon Unaged Corn Whisky 40% (Bottle - 1/75cl)
The next best thing to the real McCoy of moonshines, this is Georgie Moon un-aged corn sprit. The reason there is no brown-y type colour to it is because its had no contact with wood.
