Waterford Single Farm Origin Ballymorgan 1.2 50% - (Bottle - 1/70cl)

Released as part of the Single Farm Origin series, this Ballymorgan 1.2 expression was made with barley grown by Robert Milne in County Wexford. Waterford continue to challenge terroir in this series, and we think they're doing a great job at doing so thus far. Notes of vanilla custard, mango and subtle spices.
