Batch 10 of Tomatin's venerable 36-year-old single malt. This small-batch release is a vatting of ex-Oloroso sherry and ex-bourbon cask matured whiskies, presenting notes of Christmas spices, toasted nuts, oak and sultanas; a surprising vibrancy for its age, but the age makes its presence known after sitting for some time.
