Taylor's Chip Dry White Port (Bottle - 1/75cl)
As white Port is becoming more well known it is also increasing in popularity. Generally used as an aperitif or alongside a some olives or a bowl of nuts, it can also be used in a range of cocktails. Added to tonic with lots of ice and some lemon, it is a delicious summer drink. Taylors created their Chip Dry in 1934, it is fermented for a little longer than usual which gives it a crisp, dry finish on the palate. The ageing in oak adds a slight nuttiness to the fresh fruit flavours.
