Batch one from the Premium Gin range by East London Liquor Company is made with 100% wheat spirit and features Darjeeling tea in its botanical selection!
Using their traditional Makar Glasgow Gin theyve used mulberry casks to aged their gin for just 10 weeks, resulting in additional tastiness and a slight hue from the wood contact. This one goes exceptionally well in a classic Martini cocktail.
A London Dry Gin from the East London Liquor Company, which was awarded Gold in The Gin Master 2015 in both the Standard and Super Premium category. This superb gin is made with grapefruit peel, lemon peel, coriander and many more botanicals.
An old tom expression from the Makar Gin range by The Glasgow Distillery Company. This is an old fashioned, sweeter style gin that goes down rather nicely when garnished with lemon peel and a slice of plum.
This Old Raj gin is the classic expression from WM Cadenhead. It sits between their 46% and 55% ABV bottling on the shelf. A splendid Scottish gin if we do say ourselves.
Pickering’s Gin is an award-winning Edinburgh-made gin that uses an old Bombay recipe, which was kept in the family for over six decades. The recipe was perfected in 2014, when this gin brand was launched. This is a Triple Tipple pack that contains: Pickering’s Gin, Pickering’s Navy Strength, and Pickering’s Original 1947 Gin.
Single cask Fijian Rum from Hunter Laings Kill Devil range, distilled in February 2002 and aged for 14 years at the South Pacific distillery. 355 bottles of terrific rum were produced when it was bottled.
A mixture of green and red rhubarb are used within this liqueur to produce the perfect balance of sweetness and acidity. Try this with a sparkling white wine for an interesting and moreish drink.
Made using the Bergeron variety of apricot which is grown in the Rhone Valley, South of France, this liqueur is full-bodied and delicious with a lengthy finish. If you are a fan of cocktails, why not give Paradise a go? Combine 4cl of Gin, 2cl of Edmond Briottet Apricot and 4cl of orange juice - perfect!
Grown in China for over 2000 years, the Litchi Chinensisis tree produces deliciously sweet lychees. This liqueur from Edmond Briottet can be used as a wonderful ingredient for cocktails, or served on its own over ice.
Deliciously chocolatey, the white Crem de Cacao tends to be less sweet and lighter than the brown version. Used in a variety of cocktails, this is an essential bottle for any mixologist!
Independently bottled rum from the Caroni distillery in Trinidad. This one spent 18 years maturing before being bottled for the Kill Devil range by Hunter Laing, which yielded an outturn of 233 bottles. Cask strength Caroni is always a win.
