Made with 29 different botanicals the Dyfi distillery have made a cracking gin here. For the Pollination release theyve foraged most of the botanicals locally and rest are picked from Mount Snowdon. Impressive work from this tiny Welsh distillery.
Seaweed Gin from The Dá Mhìle distillery on Glynhynod Farm in Llandysul, Wales. They infuse their small batch gin for a short few weeks with seaweed taken from the Newquey coast line, creating a subtle green hue. Its then filtered multiple times before being bottled, resulting in a clean, refreshing gin with unique coastal character.
A barrel aged gin from the Dá Mhíle distillery in Llandysul, Wales. This gin spent 6 months ageing in casks that once held single grain whisky, an interesting method and its of course organic too.
Small Batch Gin from the first organic farmhouse distillery in the U.K, Dá Mhìle. With this theyve created a gin with a silky texture, with fresh notes of dandelion and peppermint cool on the palate.
Named after the wizard of wales and hailing from the Penderyn distillery, Merlyn Welsh Cream Liqueur is made from a blend of malted barley spirit and fresh dairy cream. It has a wonderfully smooth, mellow character, divine should be say.
This Welsh gin was made at the Penderyn distillery in Brecon, where their ultra-popular whisky is also produced. They use grain to make the base spirit, and put this together with a bunch of cleverly selected botanicals.
