An indie bottling of rum by Hunter Laing, featuring 11 year old Belizean rum from the Travellers Distillery. It was initially distilled in November 2005 and was bottled for the Kill Devil range, with an outturn of 397 bottles.

St. Lucian Distiller’s Chairmans Reserve Spiced Rum contains local spices and fruits including cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, vanilla, coconut, all spice, lemon and orange, along with Richeria Grandis (a bark known locally as a potent aphrodisiac ). They’re distilled in alembic pot and continuous stills before maturing in Kentucky Bourbon barrels. It’s packed full of flavour.
