Distilled using a wooden continues Coffey still, Enmore is part of the Rare Collection from Guyanese rum producer El Dorado. It was distilled in 1993, aged in ex-bourbon barrels and bottled in 2015 without chill-filtration.
A single cask bottling of 17 year old rum from the Caroni distillery in Trinidad, which is now closed. It was distilled in December 1998 and the cask was emptied with an outturn of just 258 bottles. Hunter Laing released this for their Kill Devil range.
