Caroni 23 Year Old 1994 57.18%

Initially distilled and aged in Trinidad at Caroni until 2008, the rum was then transferred to Demerara Distillers Ltd in Guyana to be rested. Brought to us by the legendary bottler, Velier, comes this fine Bajan rum from Foursquare. Destino was aged for 14 years which included a dozen years in Madeira casks before a finish in bourbon casks. Bottled at 61% ABV, this rum doesn't hold much back, with plenty of spice and endless layers of fruit. Excellent liquid as always.

Long Pond 18 Year Old 2000 - Single Cask (Mezan) 57.95%

Single cask Jamaican rum from Long Pond, distilled in 2000 and aged exclusively in a ex-bourbon barrel for 18 years, before being bottled by Mezan. This special bottling comes presented at natural cask strength in a wooden case. Just 247 bottles were produced.

Enmore 27 Year Old Batch 1 (That Boutique-y Rum Company) 51%

Another well-aged rum here from That Boutique-y Tum Company, aged for 27 years at the Enmore distillery in Guyana. Presented at 51% ABV, this is a high powered rum with notes of rich tropical fruit and milk chocolate. Batch 1 yielded just 413 bottles.

Foursquare 13 Year Old - Kinghaven 63.4%

Independently bottled Foursquare from Smögen in Sweden, aged for 13 years and bottled for the Kinghaven Single Cask Series. The rum was distilled using both pot and column stills, and presented at 63.4% ABV.
