Initially distilled and aged in Trinidad at Caroni until 2008, the rum was then transferred to Demerara Distillers Ltd in Guyana to be rested. Destino was aged for 14 years which included a dozen years in Madeira casks before a finish in bourbon casks. Bottled at 61% ABV, this rum doesn't hold much back, with plenty of spice and endless layers of fruit. Excellent liquid as always.

Another well-aged rum here from That Boutique-y Tum Company, aged for 27 years at the Enmore distillery in Guyana. Presented at 51% ABV, this is a high powered rum with notes of rich tropical fruit and milk chocolate. Batch 1 yielded just 413 bottles.
Independently bottled Foursquare from Smögen in Sweden, aged for 13 years and bottled for the Kinghaven Single Cask Series. The rum was distilled using both pot and column stills, and presented at 63.4% ABV.
