Osborne Veterano Brandy 30% (Bottle - 1/100CL)

This brandy is obtained from holandas, low alcohol content wine eau de vies (65º), associated to distilled wine alcohols (94.5º); the product is left to age in American oak barrels which have previously been ?wined? with Oloroso Sherries following the dynamic traditional ageing system of Criaderas and Soleras.

Pineau des Charentes Le Coq D'Or white Hardy 17% (Bottle - 1/75cl)

This white Pineau des Charentes is made using the Ugni blanc, Folle blanche and Colombard grape varieties, combining the lightly fermented grape must with Cognac eau-de-vie. Golden in colour with hints of honey and dried fruits, and full rounded palate. Served chilled in a fluted glass 8-10 degrees, treat yourself to something different.
