Distilled at the foot hills of the ice capped Southern Alpes of New Zealand, Scapegrace is made using an old 19th century whisky still, which was discovered in an abandoned shed. They use a firm set of botanicals including lemon and orange peel, coriander seeds, cardamom pods, nutmeg, juniper, orris root, dried tangerines and a few others.
