Nordes Atlantic Galician Gin 40% (Mini - 1/5cl)

A wonderful creation from Atlantic Galician Spirits, Nordés gin uses a base spirit made with Alboriño grapes from Spain. They also use a range of twelve botanicals including hibiscus, march samphire and eucalyptus. A unique gin which has been given a great aromatic flavour from the base spirit.

Monkey 47 Gin Miniature 47% (Mini - 1/5cl)

Monkey 47 gin comes from the heart of the Black Forest in Germany, where the water is among the purest in Europe. The number 47 reflects the number of botanicals used in this stunning gin (the ABV content too), which include six different types of peppers just to start with (!), followed by cranberries and many other botanicals. The flavours that make up this unique drink give a complexity first created 60 years ago by an Englishman in Germany longing for the taste of home. Monkey 47, the true masterpiece, bagged itself a gold medal at the World Spirits Awards in the gin category. A very unique and fabulous gin that really, really works.

This is the Strane London Dry Gin Uncut Strength - a particularly intense Swedish gin which has been bottled at an eye-watering 76% ABV. Made with the same botanical selection as their classic strength expression, including basil, garden mint, sage, lime rind, lemon flesh and more, though obviously with a much higher ABV. Ought to stand out in a cocktail, though make you sure dilute it well!

Strane London Dry Gin - Merchant Strength 47.4% (Half Btl - 1/50cl)

A Swedish London dry gin from the Smögen distillery, made with a selection of botanicals including juniper, coriander seeds, basil, garden mint, lemon and lime rind (as well as lemon flesh), sage, cinnamon bark, liquorice root and two secret botanicals. It's distilled using a tiny 100-litre pot still, in small batches. A finely balanced London dry gin, with sweetness and spice working together very well indeed.
