As you know we love our whisky, with quite a variety from the finest distilleries across the globe, but we also stock many kinds of spirits. Tarquins Navy Strength gin from the Cornwall based Southwestern distillery. The Seadog is distilled in their famous Spanish pot still which is heated from an old paella burner, before being bottled at 57% ABV.
A single cask bottling of 17 year old rum from the Caroni distillery in Trinidad, which is now closed. It was distilled in December 1998 and the cask was emptied with an outturn of just 258 bottles. Hunter Laing released this for their Kill Devil range.
St. George Spirits have produced a gin with a character that takes you back to the forrests of California. Douglas Fir, Californian bay laurel and Coastal sage are among Terroir gins botanical mix! A very fragrant gin which has a true character from California.
This is one of three gin expressions crafted at the St. Georges distillery in California, USA. Botanivore is made using 19 different botanicals and boasts notes of citrus peel, ginger, coriander and caraway.
