Independently bottled Caribbean rum from Bellevue distillery, released by That Boutique-y Rum Company. The first batch is a 19 year old which was aged in Guadeloupe before being shipped to the UK to be bottled...
A brilliant rum from the Black Tot range which combines the styles of three unique characters of rum; Barbados for its fruit, Guyana for it's richness and last but not least Jamaica for all those wonderful funky notes and tropical fruit. Black Tot Rum is "a rum to be forever remembered."
The first batch of rum from the closed Caroni distillery bottled by That Boutique-y Rum Company. This remarkable 20-year-old Trinidadian rum offers up notes of honey, tobacco and salted butter amongst coffee beans and subtle spice. Just 501 bottles were produced worldwide.
A very fine rum from Venezuelan distillery Diplomático. This one is the third release in their Distillery Collection, produced in an old still that was installed in 1959. A complex rum which balances rich flavours with bright tropical fruit...
Another well-aged rum here from That Boutique-y Tum Company, aged for 27 years at the Enmore distillery in Guyana. Presented at 51% ABV, this is a high powered rum with notes of rich tropical fruit and milk chocolate. Batch 1 yielded just 413 bottles.
Bajan rum that's been aged in ex-bourbon casks before a finish in ex-sherry casks, and finally bottled at full proof - 58%. Patrimonio was released by the legendary Itialian bottler, Velier, of which just 6,000 bottles were produced.
Japanese gin meets Islay whisky! You heard that right, Edition K from the Kyoto Distillery in Japan has been aged in casks which previously held Kilchoman single malt whisky.
This is probably the most interesting gin we've seen enter Nickolls & Perks - cask-aged gin from the Kyoto distillery, aged in casks which previously held Karuizawa whisky. Presented on the label is a wonderful Noh mask, used in the famous Japanese musical drama.
The first batch of Monymusk from That Boutique-y Rum Company, aged for a very reasonable 13 years in Jamaica. Batch 1 yielded just 473 bottles at 55% ABV, resulting in notes of sweet fruits, pineapple, plumb and some tobacco.
A rhum agricole from That Boutique-y Rum Company, which hasn't been aged hence the transparency. This indie bottler is known for painting a picture of the liquids character on the front of the bottle - in this case there's a jazzy...
One of the very fist releases by That Boutique-y Rum Company, a 10 year old from the Travellers Distillery in Belize. As always with this bottler the labels always tell a story - this time it's an image of the great blue hole of Belize.
A well-aged Guyanese rum from Uitvlugt, distilled using the Port Mourant still. The distillery is now closed so it's a pleasure to see such rums from Independent bottlers like That Boutique-y Rum Company...
