Spanning approximately 60 hectares, the vines at Rovereto are an average of 25 years old. The harvest is done by hand and the wine is aged for around 5 months in steel tanks, and further refined once it hits the bottle. This is an intense yet delicate wine with fresh fruit flavours such as green apple on the palate, the finish is long with a definite elegance.
Gavi del Comune di Gavi is created entirely from Cortese grapes harvested from within the commune of Gavi and forms a crisp and refreshing white wine with broard structure. Aromas of ripe apples and apricots are noticeable, with a touch of lemon.
