The harvest is done by hand and the wine is aged for around 5 months in steel tanks, and further refined once it hits the bottle. This is an intense yet delicate wine with fresh fruit flavours such as green apple on the palate, the finish is long with a definite elegance.

For most, Italian Pinot Grigio is the definitive dry white wine; simple citrus flavours and a crisp, refreshing mouthfeel. Franz Haas elaborates on this style, delivering a bouquet of floral and herbal aromas, with some fantastic nutty character. Now this has had a bit of bottle age, we can expect some dried flower and honey aromas. Serve cool on its own, or with simple vegetable and fish dishes.
