Distilled in Sutherland 24 Year Old 1996 (Thompson Bros.) 47.2%
A well-aged Highland single malt released by Thompson Bros., from a distillery we can only guess is Clynelish. What we do know is that this whisky was distilled in the historic Scottish county of Sutherland in 1996, before being matured for 24 years in a refill hogshead cask and later bottled at 47.2% ABV. This one is a small outturn of just 300 bottles. The impressive artwork on the label is by Andrew Soetiono, Bar Manager of Bar Mirai in Jakarta, Indonesia.
