Classic baked apple and citrus aromas with soft fruit on the palate balanced by crisp acidity. Extended lees contact gives this great value wine some real weight and character, a little wild yeast ferment in barrel adds texture and finesse too.
A great partner to grilled fish, chicken and salads. Wonderful with mild curries, spicy mango salads and brightly flavoured pan-Asian cuisine.
A bright and juicy Merlot with an attractively soft, creamy, chocolatey nose and a palate of dusky spice. Lush, ripe and deep in hue, this is a plump and sensuous Merlot with flavours of hedgerow fruits and a fine, gently leafy finish. A touch of elegance is achieved by using a modest amount (10%) of oak.
Try with Grilled lamb, pasta with a tomato-based sauce, chorizo and butterbean stew, spicy sausages and mash.
A brilliant South African Shiraz from a great vintage. Fresh, vibrant, black & red fruit with a bright mineral palate and a long finish.
The final blend is aged on lees for an extended period in French oak barrels along with around 15% from the previous vintage. This ensures a more complex wine with greater palate weight and mouthfeel.
A great partner to homemade burgers or sticky spare ribs.
Made with grapes grown on 25 year old vines, this is a wine created with a passion for quality. The deliberate absence of oak within the production process, shows the absolute confidence in the flavours produced by the grapes alone. Filled with fruitiness, this is a great Chenin Blanc, best enjoyed on a hot summers day spent lounging in the garden.

Warwicks Stellenbosch Three Ladies, was one of the first Cape blends. Pinotage, Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon interact beautifully to give a superbly easy but complex ride. Vibrant with energy to drink now, but made also to evolve over time when the leatheryness of the Shiraz and savoury spice of the Cabernet will emerge. Great barbeque wine. A James Bond favourite too!
