A great value Aussie Shiraz - deep purple colour, nose of blackberry and liquorice with a black pepper overtone. Concentrated black fruit flavours.
Pairs well with Roast beef, barbeques and mature hard cheese.
Classic baked apple and citrus aromas with soft fruit on the palate balanced by crisp acidity. Extended lees contact gives this great value wine some real weight and character, a little wild yeast ferment in barrel adds texture and finesse too.
A great partner to grilled fish, chicken and salads. Wonderful with mild curries, spicy mango salads and brightly flavoured pan-Asian cuisine.
A bright and juicy Merlot with an attractively soft, creamy, chocolatey nose and a palate of dusky spice. Lush, ripe and deep in hue, this is a plump and sensuous Merlot with flavours of hedgerow fruits and a fine, gently leafy finish. A touch of elegance is achieved by using a modest amount (10%) of oak.
Try with Grilled lamb, pasta with a tomato-based sauce, chorizo and butterbean stew, spicy sausages and mash.

From old vine vineyards in the Lodi region of central California. Zinfandel grapes, lightly crushed to create this blush wine.
Luscious strawberry ice cream on the nose supported by a bright, berry fruited palate and an off-dry finish.
Serve chilled and drink with friends.
The Shiraz grapes were carefully fermented to avoid extracting any harsh tannins, 20% of the final blend is barrel aged. The winemaker also added 5% Malbec at the end of the whole process - a sneaky technique that gives a mulberry fruit twist on the finish.
Bright, aromatic and juicy - impressively bright fruit and soft silky elegance.
Drink with Moroccan lamb tagine, roast vegetables and hard cheeses.
The El Campo Chardonnay from Chiles Central Valley, is a lovely expression of New World Chardonnay. This wine is pale yellow in colour and smooth and creamy on the palate combined with strong a intensity of fresh fruit with tropical aromas. Very good acidity, ripe and fresh. A real crowd pleaser.
Really deep purple, bags of ripe black fruits, the palate is silky smooth and it is very up front, with supple tannins. One of the most successful grape varieties in Chilean wine-making. Excellent with roast beef and yorkshire pud!
