Bathtub Gin Methuselah 43.3% (Imperial - 1/600cl Imp)
Professor Cornelius Ampleforth is back with his latest creation in early 2015 with a Methuselah of the award winning Bathtub gin. Bathtub gin has picked up a number of awards in the compound gin category from the likes of the International Wine & Spirits Competition, the International Spirits Challenge, and the World Gin Awards. Bathtub gin uses a spirit made from a copper pot still, and infuses this with a set of botanicals including Orange Peel, Coriander, Juniper, Cloves, Cinnamon and Cardamom, resulting in a gin with a bouquet of citrus balanced with delicate floral notes. It comes presented in rather nice packaging too, using brown paper, string and wax.
