    The Sileni estate was founded by Graeme Avery. He started his collaboration in 1997 with financial director Chris Cowper and winemaker Grant Edmonds. Their aim is to craft world-class fine wines. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks to retain the natural fruit characters. Sileni winery is named after the companion of Dionysus, the God of Wine from Greek mythology.
