2014 Pichon Lalande 2nd Cru Pauillac (Imperial - 1/600cl Imp)

Very deep, nice Cabernet perfume, minty Petit Verdot. Very dense and velvety, its quite powerful, the tannins are there but sexy, cocoa, a fine result. There has been a lot of recent investment since Louis Roederer took the reins and it shows, probably the nest of the Pauillac Super Seconds once again. 93-95/100 - 2023-2040. Nickolls & Perks - W J Gardener. Decanter 17.5/20 JS 93-94/20
