2005 Mazis Chambertin Grand Cru Tortochot (Case - 12/75cl)
Mazis Chambertin Grand Cru is made up of 100% Pinot Noit. The vineyard is situated on a subsoil of marl, covered by a thin surface of scree and the finest silt. Brown chalky soil developed over these deposits. The soil is not very deep, no more than ten centimetres at its deepest. Aging occurs for 18 months in new oak barrels.

The conditions at this old munitions base, 100 metres below ground are unrivalled, offering temperature control, In Bond facility and full replacement value insurance. The wines are stored under each client's individual ""Protection Plus"" account number, fully labelled and can only be released or moved with his or her written instructions. No right of lien can be exercised over wines held on each client's behalf. Client's stock can be inspected, by arrangement, at any time excluding November & December.
