1999 Bollinger RD (Case - 3/150cl)

R.D. stands for Recemment Degorge, or recent disgorgement. These wines, first created by Madame Bollinger in 1967, are aged on their lees for many years and intended to be drunk very soon after disgorgement in order to enjoy its freshness! This being said, Bollinger R.D. wines have remarkable aging potential. The crisp freshness is accentuated by the low dosage, ultimately containing between three and four grams of sugar per litre.
