A gin created to echo the classic and complex gins of yesteryear, with a modern twist, The London No.1 with it's striking turquoise hue derived from the gardenia plant. The highest quality grain is used from both Suffolk and Norfolk in the small batch distillation process to make this gin, using a pot still. The London No.1 is unique in including Bergamot to it's set of batanicals, and if your wondering what that smells like, it'll be that perfumed aroma you get from earl grey tea. This gin has a set of 13 well thought out botanicals to really bring it to the table! A few of them are Cassia, Cinnamon, Lemon and Orangle peel, Liquorice and coriander. Oh and we must not forget the juniper...
