The 2009 vintage resulted in one of the best Coufrans ever produced. 85% Merlot, this wine is soft, fruity, stylish and delicious. Remarkable value for money.
This Merlot-dominated wine displays a dense ruby/purple color, soft berry fruit intermixed with mocha, and hints of white chocolate, herbs, and spice. It should drink well for up to a decade or more.
Fine dense red, nicely concentrated black cherry fruit, good fleshy, succulent, briary ripeness, quite classy finish and good length. Drink 2014-20.
