The Cuvee Rose from Gremillet is very popular with our clients which reflects the recent trendy demand for Rose Champagne. Made from 100% Pinot Noir, the red fruits come pouring through on the nose, full flavoured and intense. 

This Cuvee from Champagne Gosset-Brabant is made from 100% Grands Crus Vines, at least 70% of which are family owned. With 5 years minimum bottle age, 6 years in Magnum, the quality oozes from the glass. The blend is 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay. Without doubt this is Grand Marque quality.

Special Cuvée from Bollinger is probably our most popular non vintage Champagne. A delicate blending between harvest grapes with around twenty percent of reserve wines, including some, aged in magnums for more than 15 years in Bollinger's cellars, the result is always luxurious, full bodied and stylish, certainly one of the finest examples.

Laurent Perrier Rose is one of the world's most successful luxury brands. Launched by the the de Nonancourt family in 1968 it is created from 100% Pinot Noir grapes using the rarely used saignee, method which allows extended contact with the black grape skins rather than the addition of red wine which is more often than not the choice. The result is the salmon pink hue so very popular worldwide.

Louis Roederer Cristal, known better as just Cristal,  was created by the Roederer house in 1876 for the Russian Tzar Alexander II. This is a truly great special Cuvée and along with Dom Perignon and Krug is probably the greatest Champagne in the world.

The Cuvée '1809' is fermented entirely in small oak barrels and composed of selected juices from the coeur de cuvée (the heart of the vineyard) produced by grapes harvested from vines more than 40 years old. This is a tremendously individual small grower Champagne.
