Lindisfarne Mead is a honey wine made on the Holy Island of Lindisfarne in Northumbria. It is made by mixing honey with fermented white grape juice, herbs and water, before fortifying.

The very first bottle of Chase vodka was produced in April 2008 and took two years in the making. Each batch numbered bottle is a true labour of love, using traditional methods to produce the finest, smoothest vodka with true provenance.

The initial limited edition batch of 1000 bottles proved to be so popular, that Chase Distillery decided to make their marmalade vodka a permanent addition to the Chase portfolio.
